A Letter To My Future Self, From 31-Year-Old Me

Hey, it’s me. I’m 31 now! I know, I know. So young. I just wanted you to know that I’m thinking about you and what your life might look like. I’m trying to make decisions right now that will help life be all the more enjoyable. You probably remember since, well, I am you (but years behind). Isn’t it funny how hard we ran in our 20’s? How much we worked. How we embraced that hustle. And now, as I (we?) experience our 30’s, I hope I make you proud. I hope I make decisions that allow you to embrace the things you love. I hope I help you to slow down. If not, that’s okay. I love you just the same.
