A Book Suggestion
I recently finished Tell The Wolves I’m Home and I really loved it. It was a really sweet and gentle book about grief. I resonated with so many aspects of the book. There’s a specific and recurring element that I connected to so much: you’ll do anything to be closer to someone you’ve lost. The main character, a 14-year-old named June, looks for her uncle in the people around her, in the woods, while riding in his car and within herself. I can resonate a lot and I shared a bit about this feeling last year here.
Aunt Jennie.
The Rent Collector. I beautiful story set in a Cambodian garbage dump. I’m on vacation and reading a lot. I’ll read your suggestion next. Thx.
