OUCH. Yes, that would scare me from ever attempting them again. I’ve made sweet potato fries recently. So delicious but I also burned my hand so maybe they’re evil.

Those Eggplant fries sound yummy. I had parsnip fries earlier this week and they were great.

last time i made sweet potato fries, i accidentally julienned my wrist REALLY BAD. so i think i’ll stick to the black pepper and lime fries since they’re in nice friendly wedges.
and because they look. so. good.
